COUNSELING RESOURCES

The LHS Counseling Department maintains academic records for each student. These records include an official transcript, MCAS test results, grade point average (GPA) and year of graduation. The students’ cumulative folders are maintained in physical format for seven years from the date of the student’s graduation or withdrawal from LHS. After seven years, those physical records, except for the transcript, are destroyed. The student’s transcript is kept on file for the regulatory minimum of sixty years.

Requests for transcripts must be made in writing to the Counseling Department, preferably three weeks prior to the due date. Requests may be made in person or by mail; requests for transcripts will not be honored over the phone. If requesting by mail please complete our Transcript Request Form and mail to:
