The R.A.D. Systems of Self-Defense are the official selfdefense programs of the National Academy of Defense Education.

The R.A.D. Rape Aggression Defense System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. The R.A.D System is a comprehensive, women only course, that begins with risk awareness, assessment, recognition, and avoidance, while progressing into the basics of hands-on self-defense. The R.A.D. Systems is not a Martial Arts program.
