Library & Media Center

To support and enhance the Longmeadow High School Mission and School Wide Expectations, the LHS Library offers new and up-to-date print and digital resources to maximize student learning in the 21st Century. We have content rich databases and print reference books that support the curriculum and can be accessed from home and school. We now include e-books, along with print books that allow students the flexibility to read anywhere, anytime. Students and staff can read on a Kindle, use an IPAD or have access to twenty six computers, a reference lab that includes 25 computers and an interactive whiteboard, and a VHS and DVD player. A copy machine is available for student use and wireless access is available in the library.

In order to provide our students with digital access, our new website will be the hub for reference and curriculum resources and allow the students and staff to be connected from home and school. Web-based resources, subscription databases, and eBooks will be accessible to support the curriculum. Our online card catalog can be accessed by using the link to the right.
